These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Affiliate Program both as the merchant (“we,” “us,” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.
We also reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, unfair or deceptive practices, or activity that does not align with the intent, integrity, or values of the Program.
Upon removal, any unpaid or pending commissions may be withheld or forfeited at the merchant’s discretion.
1.1 Social Media Disclosure & Approval
As part of the Affiliate Program registration process, affiliates are required to provide all relevant social media handles, websites, or online channels through which they intend to promote the merchant’s products.
Approval into the Affiliate Program is subject to review of these channels and is granted at the merchant’s sole and absolute discretion. This review is conducted to ensure brand safety, compliance with applicable advertising laws and platform policies, content quality, and alignment with the merchant’s brand values and marketing standards.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate based on the nature, content, audience, or conduct of their promotional channels at any time, with or without prior notice. Failure to provide accurate, complete, or updated social media information may result in denial or termination of participation in the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but affiliates may also generate links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate referral links, the most recent link clicked will be the one credited.
Affiliates may or may not be assigned a coupon code, as detailed in the Affiliate Dashboard. If a customer clicks an affiliate link and also uses a coupon code, the affiliate will not receive double commission. Affiliates who are not assigned a branded coupon code are not permitted to promote any coupons.
Affiliates may advertise the merchant’s website through online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms, as well as offline channels such as classified ads, magazines, and newspapers, provided all promotion complies with these Terms.
3. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates who refer customers that complete a purchase on the merchant’s website will earn a commission calculated according to the commission structure outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard. Commission amounts are based on the order subtotal and exclude taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
To receive commission payments, affiliates must provide valid payment details in the Settings section of the Affiliate Dashboard. Payment schedules will be communicated on the Affiliate Guide page.
The minimum payout threshold is $30 USD. Commissions below this amount will roll over until the threshold is met.
Payments are issued only for successfully completed transactions. The Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, and the merchant reserves the right to review all referral orders. Transactions that result in chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, or suspected fraud will not be paid out. Paid commissions are displayed in the Payment tab, while pending and approved commissions are displayed in the Commission tab.
4. Coupon & Deal Website Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from posting, submitting, or distributing affiliate links or coupon codes on coupon, deal, or discount aggregation websites, including but not limited to coupon directories, promo code sites, cashback websites, or browser extensions, whether publicly or privately.
This restriction exists to ensure fair attribution, accurate tracking, and protection of the Affiliate Program’s integrity. Coupon and deal websites often intercept customers who have already decided to purchase through organic or direct traffic, resulting in commissions without genuine promotional effort.
Any affiliate found violating this policy may have commissions reversed, withheld, or forfeited and may be removed from the Affiliate Program at the merchant’s sole discretion.
5. Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on, purchase, or target paid advertisements using the merchant’s brand name, trademarks, domain name, product names, or any variations or misspellings thereof on any advertising platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, or Yahoo.
Affiliates may not direct paid traffic to the merchant’s website using affiliate links. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Marketing Tools
The merchant may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, or collection-specific media through the Marketing Tools section. Affiliates may download these materials or use provided HTML embed codes to promote products on approved affiliate channels.
7. Network Program
If the Network feature is enabled, affiliates may invite others to join the Affiliate Program as downline affiliates. If a downline affiliate generates a qualifying order, the upline affiliate may earn a network commission according to merchant settings.
Downline affiliates who sign up through an affiliate’s network link will automatically be assigned to that affiliate’s network.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The Affiliate Program uses cookies to track customer referrals. Customers must enable cookies for tracking to function properly.
If a customer does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, referrals cannot be tracked and commissions cannot be paid for that activity.
The cookie duration is specified on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking period begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses an affiliate coupon. Any purchases made by the customer within the cookie duration will automatically generate commissions for the affiliate, without requiring additional clicks.
9. Removal from Affiliate Program
Affiliates who wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program may do so by contacting support@blumene.com.
10. Contact & Updates
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain compliant.
